Appointment windows 

On the day of your scheduled mobile ultrasound visit, we will contact your clinic that morning and provide an estimated time of arrival. About 30 minutes prior to our arrival, we will contact you again. This communication is with the client services representative to help keep your hospital updated.



*If there needs to be a specific appointment time, please indicate the requested time when scheduling a visit. We will make every effort to accommodate a specific time if necessary.* 

Due to the nature of our service, we travel to several locations in a day. Traffic, weather, or other unexpected circumstances may vary appointment windows slightly. We will update your clinic as indicated. This way, your clinic and patient are prepared for our arrival.   

We strive to have minimal disruption to your clinic’s workflow. 

Before your ultrasound visit 

The patient should be shaved prior to our arrival to help with speed and efficiency.

Please complete the patient submission form for each patient and the ultrasound release form. The patient information form should be completed by the attending veterinarian and the ultrasound release form should be completed by the pet owner.
